Andrew Zimmern said that, according to him, activity in plant-based gastronomy is important for maintaining a healthy food system, which, along with agriculture, has been disrupted for a long time and remains unsustainable. That is why Zimmern decided to cooperate with the TiNDLE brand, he wants to support ecological and at the same time ethical alternatives.
